I leave tomorrow!! I can't believe it is here! I received my placement a few days ago - I will be working in Luthando Educare - a "creche" (daycare) in Guguletu township. The kids are between 6 months and 6 years old. I have been reading some blogs from past volunteers who worked in this setting and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Our first day volunteering is Tuesday and I can't wait!... As excited as I am, I am already sad about leaving behind my 3 boys (dan+cats) I will miss them so much!
Half day of school tomorrow-> home to get suitcase-> off to the airport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY
